Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome patients and visitors, providing professional guidance and information regarding hospital services.
- Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery.
- Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and admission processes using our hospital management system.
- Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure seamless patient flow and address any immediate concerns or feedback.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area that reflects the hospital's professional image.
- Handle patient complaints or grievances with empathy, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Provide support for billing inquiries and assist patients with insurance-related paperwork.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Customer Service, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, reception, or patient relations, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- A strong understanding of, and respect for, Islamic values and practices in a medical setting.
