Tanggung Jawab
- Manage client portfolios, providing end-to-end guidance for business incorporation and visa application processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding legal documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and process various legal documents, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to Indonesian law.
- Coordinate with internal legal teams and government agencies to expedite permit approvals and licensing.
- Maintain an organized database of client files, status updates, and critical deadlines.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and high satisfaction.
- Provide insightful advice to clients regarding immigration policies and corporate entity structuring.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Consultant, Visa Specialist, or in a similar corporate service role.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Company Incorporation (PT/PMA) and Visa/KITAS regulations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Customer-centric mindset with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client relationship management (CRM) software.
