Mahadya Group is seeking a highly motivated Legal Coordinator to join our team on a maternity relief contract. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our legal operations, ensuring that all corporate documentation, licensing, and regulatory compliance protocols are managed with precision.
As a Legal Coordinator, you will work closely with our senior legal counsel to facilitate seamless business operations. This position is ideal for an organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong foundational knowledge of Indonesian corporate law. You will gain exposure to diverse legal facets including corporate governance, secretarial duties, and inter-departmental collaboration.
Tanggung Jawab
- Review, draft, and manage various legal agreements and commercial contracts to ensure organizational protection.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of business licensing, permits, and regulatory renewals in accordance with Indonesian law.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate secretarial documents, including minutes of meetings and board resolutions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for legal inquiries, providing timely support to internal stakeholders and departments.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assist in updating internal compliance policies.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive, secure filing system for all corporate legal records and historical documentation.
- Support the legal team in performing due diligence and research for special projects or potential business ventures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a corporate legal or legal administration role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law, business licensing processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail with high proficiency in document drafting and administrative accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with internal and external parties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
