Tanggung Jawab
- Provide legal counsel on employment contracts, company policies, and labor regulations
- Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Develop and implement HR legal training programs for management staff
- Conduct legal research and prepare documentation for employment-related cases
- Collaborate with external legal counsel on complex employment disputes
- Review and update HR policies to maintain regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law with specialization in Labor/Employment Law
- Minimum 3 years of HR legal experience in corporate settings
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (KUHP, UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in HR Legal Practice (SHRM-SCP or equivalent preferred)
- Proficiency in legal research tools and documentation systems
- Proven ability to resolve complex employee relations issues
