In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our legal department by ensuring the seamless management of documentation, compliance, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong foundation in corporate legal support.

You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our legal files, coordinating with internal departments for permit applications, and ensuring that all corporate activities align with regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all legal documents and contracts.
  • Coordinate with relevant government agencies to facilitate the renewal and processing of company permits and licenses.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal correspondence, reports, and company legal documents.
  • Assist the legal team in monitoring compliance with local and national regulations.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and legal briefings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared in advance.
  • Track critical deadlines for permits, renewals, and legal filings to ensure timely compliance.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department to ensure efficient daily operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Law, Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of legal documentation and administrative office procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise professional discretion.
  • Willingness to work on a contract basis in the Kabupaten Karanganyar area.
