Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information regarding vehicle features, financing options, and after-sales services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Assist in organizing showroom events and promotional activities to attract potential clients.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing).
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a deadline-driven environment.
