As our Customer Relation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of service, managing customer data integrity, and bridging the gap between our clients and our sales team. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person at the showroom to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Maintain and update the customer database accurately to support effective CRM and follow-up activities.
  • Provide professional administrative support for showroom promotional events and marketing campaigns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback, escalating complex issues to the management team when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, engagement metrics, and showroom traffic.
  • Assist in organizing showroom displays and promotional materials to attract and engage potential buyers.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field, preferably Communication, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or related front-end roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced retail or automotive showroom environment.
  • Well-groomed appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
