Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication.
- Document and update customer records in the CRM system with precision.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to meet sales targets.
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to management for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is a bonus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, and CRM software).
