Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct proactive telemarketing activities to educate clients on our latest treatments and drive clinic visits.
- Manage and update the customer database to ensure accurate contact information and preference tracking.
- Provide comprehensive support to clients before, during, and after their aesthetic procedures to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism and empathy.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their post-treatment recovery is on track and gather valuable feedback.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to streamline appointment scheduling and service delivery.
- Maintain excellent product and service knowledge to provide expert guidance to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field, preferably Hospitality, Communications, or Marketing.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a front-office role within the beauty/aesthetic industry is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and persuasively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or patient management systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
