Recruit Now is looking for a Customer Relations Officer with expertise in HIP (Housing & Development Board Integrated Process) to join our dynamic team in the Gul Circle area of Singapore’s West Region. In this role, you will serve as a vital liaison between construction teams, local communities, and residents, ensuring smooth communication and fostering positive experiences throughout the lifecycle of impactful infrastructure projects.
You will be responsible for addressing real‑time site issues, mediating concerns, and delivering solutions that enhance resident satisfaction while supporting the timely delivery of construction milestones. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day‑to‑day community inquiries and complaints, providing timely and courteous responses.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and government agencies to resolve site‑related issues.
- Organize community engagement sessions, briefings, and site tours for residents and stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute regular project updates, newsletters, and reports to keep the community informed.
- Monitor and analyze resident feedback, identifying trends and recommending process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with HIP guidelines and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Support the development of training materials for field staff on community liaison best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Communications, Public Relations, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, community liaison, or a similar client‑facing role.
- Familiarity with HIP processes and construction industry practices in Singapore is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data entry and reporting tools.
