You will be responsible for the seamless execution of high-profile CRM initiatives, ranging from exclusive test-drive events to sophisticated member gatherings. Your goal will be to create memorable experiences that resonate with prospects and existing members alike, ensuring every interaction reflects the luxury and excellence Eurokars Group is known for.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute CRM-driven marketing activities, including exclusive test-drive events and prospect gatherings.
  • Maintain and update the customer database to ensure high data integrity for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Nurture relationships with existing members and prospective clients through personalized communication and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align CRM activities with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze event performance and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for future initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end logistics of CRM events, ensuring a premium experience for all attendees.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance brand loyalty.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Event Management, preferably within the luxury automotive or high-end retail sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
