- Build and maintain strong relationships with electronics customers through proactive engagement and personalized service
- Promote and sell Kreditplus financial products specifically for electronics purchases
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities in Gorontalo's electronics sector
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Provide product knowledge and financial guidance to customers regarding loan options
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and product offerings
- Prepare regular sales reports and customer feedback for performance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail banking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Knowledge of electronics market and consumer finance products preferred
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet sales objectives
