Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with electronics merchants and retail partners in the Kupang area.
- Achieve monthly financing targets for the electronics category.
- Conduct regular visits to partner outlets to ensure service quality and business growth.
- Process consumer credit applications accurately and ensure data verification standards are met.
- Monitor and manage the productivity of the assigned portfolio to ensure high approval rates.
- Provide detailed reports on market activities, competitor movements, and daily sales performance to the Branch Manager.
- Educate partners and customers on our financial products, benefits, and application processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sales or marketing is a significant advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and mobile-based business applications.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and resilient under pressure.
- Deep knowledge of the local area (Kupang) and strong networking capabilities.
