Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Positive attitude with resilience in high-pressure situations
