Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve end-to-end customer payment disputes in accordance with company policies.
- Perform daily reconciliation of transaction settlements to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Liaise with internal departments and banking partners to ensure timely settlement of outstanding issues.
- Maintain accurate logs of all disputes and reconciliation activities within the internal CRM system.
- Monitor transaction queues to identify potential fraudulent patterns or process bottlenecks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on dispute trends and reconciliation performance for management review.
- Provide professional support to stakeholders regarding settlement inquiries and resolution status.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in reconciliation, dispute resolution, or customer service within the financial/payment industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data management tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent issues in a high-volume work environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to organizational compliance.
