Tanggung Jawab
- Execute direct selling strategies to promote multi-purpose loan products to potential and existing customers.
- Conduct professional field surveys to verify applicant data and assess creditworthiness.
- Maintain high-quality standards for all submitted credit applications to ensure process efficiency.
- Actively canvas assigned areas to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely collection of customer documentation for loan processing.
- Provide exceptional service to maintain customer satisfaction and improve retention rates.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly target-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working in a field-based role.
- Strong attention to detail for documentation and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices for reporting and data entry.
- Local knowledge of the Bone region is highly advantageous.
