Tanggung Jawab
- Execute direct selling initiatives for multipurpose credit products in the assigned Bintaro area.
- Perform thorough on-site customer surveys to verify data accuracy and creditworthiness.
- Actively engage with existing and potential customers to maximize retention rates.
- Collect, verify, and document all necessary customer data for application processing.
- Maintain high standards of application quality to ensure efficient approval workflows.
- Meet and exceed daily/monthly canvassing and sales targets.
- Provide detailed reporting on field activities and market feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in field sales or canvassing is a significant advantage.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using mobile devices and digital reporting tools.
- Willing to work on a contract basis and perform field-based duties in the Tangerang Selatan area.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
