Astra Credit Companies (ACC) is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Retention Canvassing professional to join our team in Bitung. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute direct selling initiatives to promote multipurpose loan products to potential and existing customers.
- Conduct professional market canvassing to expand ACC’s reach within the Bitung region.
- Perform on-site surveys to verify customer data and assess eligibility for financing applications.
- Maintain high standards of application quality by ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Report daily activities, survey results, and sales progress to the area supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
- Proven experience in direct sales, canvassing, or field marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Deep understanding of the local Bitung area and its business landscape.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and administrative compliance.
- Ability to work independently under targets and in a mobile, field-based environment.
