Tanggung Jawab
- Execute direct selling strategies to promote ACC’s multiguna products to potential customers in the designated area.
- Conduct professional field surveys to assess customer eligibility and needs.
- Proactively engage with existing and potential clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collect and verify customer data accurately, adhering to company compliance standards.
- Analyze local market trends to identify new business opportunities in the Cideng region.
- Maintain high-quality application submissions to ensure smooth processing for the back-office team.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent service delivery.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in direct sales, canvassing, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work in the field and mobile within the Jakarta Pusat/Cideng area.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation effectively.
- Proficient in using mobile gadgets and reporting tools.
