Tanggung Jawab
- Execute direct selling initiatives to meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and promote multiguna financing products to potential customers.
- Perform thorough field surveys and credit assessments for prospective applicants.
- Maintain and update accurate customer databases and lead tracking systems.
- Ensure high-quality application submissions by verifying customer data and documentation.
- Manage customer relationships to drive retention and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the local team in Pluit to streamline the sales process and improve customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales, field marketing, or customer service (financial services experience is preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in the field (canvassing) within the Jakarta Utara area.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing administrative tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using mobile devices and basic office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
