Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct direct sales activities and canvassing to promote Astra Credit Companies products.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of customer application submissions.
- Market multi-purpose financial products to potential and existing customers.
- Perform customer surveys to gather feedback and demographic data.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict performance targets.
- Fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is required; English is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use mobile applications.
- Willingness to work in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur.
- Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
