Tanggung Jawab
- Execute direct selling strategies to promote multi-purpose financial products
- Conduct in-person customer surveys to gather feedback and market insights
- Collect and validate customer data for CRM system updates
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in Takalar region
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop localized retention strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in direct sales or customer retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with Takalar region and local customer demographics
- Strong data collection and documentation abilities
- Basic knowledge of financial products or willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
