Tanggung Jawab
- Execute direct selling strategies to promote multiguna (multi-purpose) loan products to potential customers.
- Conduct professional field surveys to verify applicant data and assess creditworthiness.
- Proactively canvass assigned territories to expand the customer database and increase market penetration.
- Ensure all collected customer documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards.
- Maintain high-quality application submissions to support streamlined approval processes.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to improve retention and satisfaction levels.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a consistent monthly basis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma degree in any field.
- Proven experience in direct sales, field marketing, or customer canvassing is highly preferred.
- Possess a strong, persuasive communication and negotiation style.
- Ability to work independently in the field and remain highly motivated under pressure.
- Must own a personal motorcycle and possess a valid Driver's License (SIM C).
- Good understanding of the local area (Waru/Surabaya) and surrounding demographics.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding data verification and administrative tasks.
