Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct direct selling activities to promote Astra Credit's multi-purpose financial products to the local community.
- Ensure the quality of customer service and the accuracy of the credit application process.
- Perform on-site surveys to assess customer needs and financial eligibility.
- Collect and update customer data through effective communication and data entry.
- Build rapport with potential and existing customers to enhance customer retention rates.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and the application procedure.
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to the team management regularly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive personality.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Ternate region for field surveys.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong integrity and commitment to providing excellent service.
