- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify opportunities for customer growth through referral programs and proactive outreach
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Implement retention strategies that align with Syariah financial principles
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute customer retention campaigns
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Stay updated on Syariah compliance requirements and ensure all practices adhere to Islamic banking principles
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, retention, or call center environment
- Understanding of Syariah financial principles and Islamic banking practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of local market conditions in Batam and surrounding areas
