FIN CORP INDONESIA is currently seeking a high-energy Customer Sales Online Intern to join our dynamic team in Jember. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the customer journey, bridging the gap between inquiries and successful sales conversions.

As part of our 'Magang Mandiri' program, you will gain hands-on experience in e-commerce communication, sales psychology, and customer retention strategies. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and is driven by targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Engage with potential customers via various chat platforms to provide product information and support.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers to build brand loyalty and maximize retention.
  • Assist the sales team in the end-to-end closing process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer complaints or inquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to understand current promotions and translate them into sales pitches.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Excellent written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with a persuasive and friendly tone.
  • Highly comfortable using instant messaging applications (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) for professional tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Passion for sales, targets, and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools and social media platforms.
  • Willing to be based in Jember and commit to the full internship duration.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow within the financial/sales industry.
