Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with potential customers via various chat platforms to provide product information and support.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and ensure high conversion rates.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to build brand loyalty and maximize retention.
- Assist the sales team in the end-to-end closing process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer complaints or inquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to understand current promotions and translate them into sales pitches.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with a persuasive and friendly tone.
- Highly comfortable using instant messaging applications (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) for professional tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Passion for sales, targets, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools and social media platforms.
- Willing to be based in Jember and commit to the full internship duration.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow within the financial/sales industry.
