Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Provide accurate information regarding our financial products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve service processes and overall quality.
- Assist in the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Call Center role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
