Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Provide detailed product information about pastries, ingredients, and special promotions
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex matters to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and display cases
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Actively contribute to sales targets by suggesting complementary products
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience in F&B or retail preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Punctual with reliable attendance and flexible availability
