We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service professional to join our growing team in Kampong Ubi. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the complete quote-to-ship lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between orders, logistics, and billing to guarantee timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day will involve acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing incoming inquiries, and processing orders with precision. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve any challenges, ensuring that all operations adhere to our strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). We are looking for a proactive individual who can maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive, high-performance work environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from initial quote generation to final shipment and delivery confirmation.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Process and review invoices and billing statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on problem-solving and relationship building.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor order progress and proactively communicate status updates to customers.
- Assist in resolving escalations and ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Administrative Support, or Logistics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents preferred.
