Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end customer coordination for automotive servicing appointments and inquiries.
  • Handle accurate invoicing, billing documentation, and payment processing for all service operations.
  • Coordinate with the service workshop to track parts availability, orders, and delivery timelines.
  • Generate and maintain regular operational reports for management review.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer database records and service history logs.
  • Address customer queries via phone and email, providing professional and timely support.
  • Support the aftersales department in optimizing workflow efficiency and service scheduling.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or GCE 'A'/'O' Levels with relevant administrative experience.
  • Prior experience in the automotive sector or a service-related administrative role is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
