Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels with prompt resolution

  • Collaborate with sales team to implement effective customer retention strategies

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in business administration preferred
