Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels with professionalism and product knowledge
- Support sales team through order processing, documentation preparation, and CRM data management
- Coordinate motorcycle purchase logistics including test rides, paperwork completion, and delivery scheduling
- Handle administrative tasks including inventory tracking, appointment scheduling, and record maintenance
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure integrated customer experiences
- Contribute to sales targets by cross-selling accessories and maintenance packages
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification with 1-2 years in customer service or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced retail/service environments
- Knowledge of motorcycle products or automotive industry preferred
- Positive attitude with problem-solving orientation
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling
