Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and chat platforms.
  • Manage and update client information in our CRM system with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing project updates.
  • Handle client complaints or escalations with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Prepare weekly reports on customer interaction metrics and feedback trends.
  • Assist in maintaining organizational documentation and service standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement to enhance client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Administration, or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and collaborative tools (Slack, Trello).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude with a deep commitment to high-quality service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or office-based team environment.
  • Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
