Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage membership database, process registrations, and handle renewals
  • Coordinate scheduling of court reservations and club activities
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless club operations

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
