- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- 6 months+ customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in typing (30+ WPM)
- Basic computer literacy
