Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice, email, or chat channels with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level support for a premium account, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues by utilizing provided resources and technical tools.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and drive process improvements.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards and compliance guidelines at all times.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a Senior High School Diploma.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer applications and basic web-based tools.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and a drive for continuous professional development.
  • Experience in a BPO or call center environment is an advantage but not required.
