Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of inbound customer inquiries via voice and chat channels.
  • Provide accurate and efficient troubleshooting for telecommunications services and equipment.
  • Document customer interactions and update account details with precision in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on new products, plan upgrades, and value-added services.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to resolve complex service issues.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality in alignment with global brand guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be at least a Senior High School graduate (K-12).
  • Prior experience in a BPO, customer service, or technical support role is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues effectively.
  • Strong empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist others.
  • Available to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work on-site at our Alabang facility.
