- Handle customer inquiries through chat and voice channels regarding Shaw products and services
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Meet performance metrics for call/chat quality and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- No prior BPO experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
