- Deliver exceptional customer support for financial software users via phone, email, and chat channels

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic proficiency in financial software or willingness to learn technical platforms
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends if required
