Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with empathy and professionalism
- Document interactions and update customer information in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Continuously improve product knowledge and service skills through training
- Adhere to company policies while maintaining high ethical standards
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or college student/graduate (any course)
- No prior BPO experience required; fresh graduates encouraged
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows applications
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
