Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer needs
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent education
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
