Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently with empathy and professionalism
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Adhere to quality standards and service level agreements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate, K-12 completer, or college student/graduate (any field)
- Excellent English and Filipino communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency
- No BPO experience required – training provided
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
