Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional support to clients.
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and service contracts with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of orders and service fulfillment.
- Maintain an organized database of customer records and sales documentation.
- Assist in the generation of weekly and monthly sales support reports for management.
- Manage front-desk administrative tasks and office supply coordination as required.
- Resolve customer feedback or complaints in accordance with company policy to ensure satisfaction.
- Support general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to commit to a 1-year contract with potential for renewal.
- Prior experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
