Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately create, enter, and maintain customer data and records within company systems.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive documentation related to customer interactions and operational processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance via various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Support daily operational activities to ensure a seamless workflow and contribute to overall team efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and internal policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to identify process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to data protection regulations and company privacy policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a customer service, administrative support, or data entry role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
