Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing friendly and professional service.
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions, offering expert advice on health and beauty items.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, including cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Maintain an organised and appealing store environment by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively, aiming for prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Promote Watsons' loyalty programs, special offers, and new product launches to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to overall store success.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, security, and merchandising.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail sales role is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A genuine passion for health, beauty, and wellness products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Energetic, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
