Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers visiting our beauty retail outlets with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Provide detailed information on beauty products, skincare routines, and makeup items to help customers make informed purchases.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with store beauty advisors and cashiers to maintain a seamless checkout and service process.
- Manage service-related administrative tasks, including customer membership registrations and exchange requests.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and brand standards at the customer service desk.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty products, promotions, and company store policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Communications, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Front Office, or Sales, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on empathy and customer satisfaction.
- Passion for beauty products, skincare, and cosmetics is highly desirable.
- Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, following retail store operating hours.
- Professional grooming, friendly attitude, and a highly presentable appearance.
