Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively by identifying root causes and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure complex issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet service excellence targets.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to keep updated on product knowledge and communication best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
- Previous experience in a call centre, retail, or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Comfortable working in a rotating shift schedule to accommodate global business needs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and keyboard typing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
