- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing accurate information and professional assistance.
- Actively promote our healthy living product line to prospective and existing customers.
- Process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints with efficiency and empathy.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline daily service workflows.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service outcomes in our internal database.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based service performance targets.
