Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to German automotive clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining service quality standards
- Continuously improve product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first contact resolution
Kualifikasi
- Excellent command of both German and English languages (written and spoken)
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
