Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from insurance policyholders promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding policy coverage, claims processing, and billing concerns
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high satisfaction
- Document all interactions in the system according to company guidelines and quality standards
- Meet key performance metrics including average handling time, quality scores, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and share best practices
- Stay updated on product knowledge, process changes, and insurance regulations
Kualifikasi
- At least high school graduate (Senior High School) or equivalent; college degree is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a BPO or insurance environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to handle customer escalations and resolve issues calmly and effectively
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office) and comfortable navigating multiple systems
- Willing to work onsite at Northgate, Alabang, Metro Manila
- Can work in shifting schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
