Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from insurance policyholders promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information regarding policy coverage, claims processing, and billing concerns
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high satisfaction
  • Document all interactions in the system according to company guidelines and quality standards
  • Meet key performance metrics including average handling time, quality scores, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and share best practices
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, process changes, and insurance regulations

Kualifikasi

  • At least high school graduate (Senior High School) or equivalent; college degree is an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a BPO or insurance environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to handle customer escalations and resolve issues calmly and effectively
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office) and comfortable navigating multiple systems
  • Willing to work onsite at Northgate, Alabang, Metro Manila
  • Can work in shifting schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
